I have read the KVKK Privacy Notice. Of my own free will, informed and for the specific purposes explained separately below, I give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data by the data controller Oriaverse.

1. Special categories of data I share in persona texts

Asoria doesn't ask me for special categories of personal data such as health, religion, sect, political opinion, philosophical belief or sex life. If I share such information myself in the texts I write to build my persona, in the links I add or in my conversations with Asoria, I consent to it being processed to create and improve my persona and to produce match suggestions, limited to that purpose, and to it being sent to our AI infrastructure provider Google (Google LLC) for that processing.

2. AI processing

To build my persona and improve it from my real chats, produce match suggestions, reports and follow-up drafts, and write the replies of Asoria and the chat coach, I consent to the following data being sent to Google's AI infrastructure (its servers outside Türkiye) and processed there: what I tell Asoria for my persona and my chats with the AI (Asoria, scenarios, practice sessions), public information from the links I add, my persona details, the latest messages of the related chats when I open the chat coach or ask Asoria, and, after an event, my chats from that event (the other person's messages only as context). My sign-in details, date of birth, location and photos are not sent. No data is sent without my consent.

3. Location data

When I turn on location sharing, I consent to my live location being processed and shown to the people I choose, only while I'm at the event venue, only with those people and only for the time I choose, so that my matches and I can meet. Only my latest position is kept, for a short time, and it is deleted when sharing or the event ends. I can turn sharing off inside the app and the permission off in iOS Settings at any time.

4. Transfers abroad

I understand that the transfer of my personal data to servers and service providers (Google, for AI processing) outside Türkiye (in the European Union and the USA) to provide the service relies first on the standard contracts under Article 9 of the Law; in incidental cases where that isn't possible, I consent to this transfer.

Withdrawing your consent

• You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time without giving a reason: write to help@oriaverse.com or delete your account.
• For location, you can also withdraw it by turning off location sharing or removing the permission in iOS Settings → Asoria → Location.
• If you regret sharing special information, you can delete your persona and start over.
• Withdrawing consent doesn't affect the lawfulness of processing done before it.
• Not giving or withdrawing consent affects only the related feature: without location, you meet using a meeting point and "on my way / I'm here".
