Deleting your account

In the app

  1. Open Asoria and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete my account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Cancel your subscription first. Premium runs through the App Store or Google Play, so deleting your account doesn't stop it. If you don't cancel it (iPhone: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), you keep being charged.

What is deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent and can't be undone:

  • your account and profile (first name, surname, date of birth, photos),
  • your personas, matches, messages and notes,
  • your location data, notification tokens and sessions,
  • your token balance and Premium status (remaining tokens don't come back).

What is kept for a while

  • Purchase records: for the period required by tax and commercial law, only for that obligation.
  • Report and moderation records: 1 year after the review ends, for possible disputes and to stop people who broke the rules from signing up again.
  • Server security logs and AI usage measurements unlinked from you, for the periods in the Privacy Policy.

Other users may have kept information from their chats with you (for example, by taking screenshots); we can't prevent that.

If you can't open the app

Write to help@oriaverse.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and the email address linked to your account (the email of your Apple or Google sign-in). We send a confirmation email to that address to confirm the account is yours; after confirmation, we delete your account within 30 days at the latest and let you know. A guest account (with no Apple or Google linked) is tied only to that phone; you can delete it from the app on that phone.

Your data on the website

Your chat with Asoria on oriaverse.com, any contact details you left and your waitlist entry are separate from your app account. To have them deleted, write to the same address with the email address you used.
